Mr Fixit’s Scottish Treble | 11th April 2015

THE Daily Record's football tipster Mr Fixit (@mrfixittips) gives us his three best bets in Scotland this weekend.

Partick Thistle v Motherwell | Saturday 15.00

I backed Well in midweek but never saw a 5-0 coming as they battered St Mirren who now look doomed to the drop.

A combination of superb attacking and being gifted goals led to the scoreline and Ian Baraclough's men will be full of confidence as they head to Firhill today.

Well have had a day's extra rest with the Jags facing Celtic on Wednesday and I fancy them to bag the points at a best 14/5 at Coral.

It's so big you can take less risk with Well draw no bet at 13/8 with Bet365.

Brechin v Stirling Albion | Saturday 15.00

Brechin have already beaten the Binos three times this season and can continue that 100% record on Saturday.

Stirling are cut adrift at the bottom, with one win in 13, and Brechin know today's clash is a must-win with Airdrie breathing down their neck in the play-off chase.

The Glebe Park side are 4/9 at William Hill.

Dunfermline v Stranraer | Saturday 15.00

The Blues have recovered from their wobble by reeling off four straight wins and can stay top of the table with another victory on Saturday.

They've dumped Dunfermline three times since December – including a 5-1 romp at Stair Park.

The Pars have just two wins from their last nine matches, were thumped 4-0 by Morton in their last outing and John Potter has struggled since replacing Jim Jefferies as manager.

Back the Blues at 29/20 with BetVictor.
