No favourite has won the League 1 title in the past 18 seasons. But the favourite has finished 2nd in five of the last 13 seasons.
The League One favourite has been promoted in four of the last six seasons.

Relegated Clubs
Three relegated Championship clubs have won the League One title in the past five seasons.
Five relegated Championship clubs have been promoted straight back from League One in the past five seasons – only seven though in past 12 seasons.
Nine relegated Championship clubs have finished in the League One top six during the past six seasons – but only 12 in the past 12 seasons.
Two sides have suffered back-to-back relegations from the Championship to League Two in the past three seasons – but only four suffered the same fate in the last 12 seasons. Two of the four did finish bottom of the table.
