It's been a year to forget for the North Queensland Cowboys. The pre-season title favourites sit second from bottom with just four wins to their name after 18 games.
Meanwhile, Newcastle Knights are fresh off victory over the Gold Coast Titans last week and will have their first choice full-back, stand-off, and scrum-half all available for the first time since March.
The Cowboys look set to continue with the questionable team selection that has led them to second bottom of the ladder. In doing so, it's hard to see them not adding to their 14 league defeats.
