THE DAILY RECORD'S Mr Fixit (@mrfixittips) gives us his three best bets in Scotland this weekend.

Celtic v Aberdeen | Saturday 15.00

The feelgood factor is sweeping through Parkhead with the Hoops back in the Champions League for the first time in three years and motoring along nicely on the domestic front.

Brendan Rodgers has quickly made his mark since taking over as manager this summer and Celtic are playing thrilling attacking football with the likes of Leigh Griffiths, Scott Sinclair and James Forrest terrifying opposition defences.

They're far from watertight at the back but have decided attack is the best form of defence – and history is on their side today against Aberdeen who have lost their last 22 league trips to Celtic Park, a rotten run stretching back to 2004.

Dons finished runners-up in the title race last season and could get on the scoresheet today but the hosts will take some stopping, so best bet is Celtic to win and Over 2.5 Goals at 11/10 with Paddy Power.

Albion Rovers v Alloa | Saturday 15.00

Alloa have done me proud this season and I'm not about to abandon them now.

The Wasps continued their perfect start with an eighth straight win last weekend and should make it nine in a row at Cliftonhill.

Hosts Rovers, newly promoted to League One, are without a victory in their first three League One outings and I'm on Alloa at 19/20 with BetVictor.

Queen’s Park v Livingston | Saturday 15.00

Livi top the League One table on goal difference from Alloa as the two relegated sides tear up the division.

The Lions are scoring for fun – 13 goals in three games so far – and the full-time outfit have the strength of squad to keep momentum building.

They can plunder the points at Hampden against Queen's Park whose only previous home game in the league saw them soundly beaten by Airdrie.

Take Livi to win at 23/20 with Sportingbet.
