CARD KING Gavin Murphy (@GamePlanGavin) has highlighted the value for Monday night’s crucial Premier League clash from Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea v Spurs | Monday 20.00 | Sky Sports 1

An intriguing London derby awaits us on Monday night as Chelsea aim to end Tottenham's title bid.

Anything other than a Spurs win and Leicester will be crowned Champions.

I don't usually bet on my own team (Spurs) but I'm going to make an exception here as there has been plenty of chat coming out of Stamford Bridge from Edin Hazard and Cesc Fabregas about wanting to ensure Spurs don't win, ending their title dreams. So plenty of needle is expected.

The history of this fixture also suggests cards. The last five encounters have produced total card figures of 7-4-6-2-4 – it's just a shame that Dele Alli and possibly Eric Dier won't be playing as they are good for a yellow.

The FA are clearly expecting trouble as they've given Mark Clattenburg the whistle for this showdown.

At times you have to prize the cards out of his pocket but we have a 100% record with him this season winning 5/5, so that bodes well.

That said, I think that we can still back cards with confidence. I'm backing Over 4 Cards on Bet365's Asian line at 4/5.

About Author

I first got interested in gambling through my cousin. He's a professional gambler and got me hooked as a teenager when you had to pay the 9% tax. Who remembers that?! These days I prefer to specialise on one market rather than spread myself too thinly. Hence my love of cards! Hopefully I can make others a few bob in the process of sharing my bets on WeLoveBetting. On a personal note I love most sports especially cricket, rugby and NFL. I support Tottenham and all things Welsh and outside of sport I enjoy reading autobiographies particularly with a glass of good wine!
