A win for Wycombe would send the Chairboys back to the top of the League Two table but with Gareth Ainsworth’s men as short as 11/10 in places, we may have to look for a bet elsewhere in this League Two showdown.

The hosts have won half of their eight matches at Adams Park and also come up against a Burton side under new management – we’ve highlighted the dangers of opposing teams under new stewardship many a time so I’m happy to ignore the Match Odds markets for Monday night.

Instead it’s the 10/11 from William Hill on Both Teams To Score that holds plenty of juice. Wanderers have scored in their last 10 league games but managed just two clean sheets in nine outings now.

And for the first time this season Ainsworth must shuffled his defensive pack. Centre-half Aaron Pierre is suspended so it will be interesting to see how Wycombe cope against a Burton side with 11 goals to their name on the road – the second-highest figure in the league.

The visitors are boosted by the return of midfield star John Mousinho and have only failed to score in 3/16 (19%) League Two fixtures this season and boast just 5/16 (31%) shutouts during the same spell.

And going on recent form, this bet would have been a winner in five of Wycombe’s most recent six league matches as well as four of Burton’s latest six. So it’s Both Teams To Score at 10/11.
