Serie A: Napoli’s desperation could lead us towards a Saturday goal-glut

OUR man in Italy, Marco Di Cosmo (@scioltz) looks to continue his hot streak in Serie A with his best Easter Saturday selections.

Atalanta v Udinese | Saturday 31st March 2018, 14:00

Atalanta should have no problems seeing off Udinese.

The Bergamaschi have proved their consistency in the past three years and their performances are as solid as ever in their recent history.

Generally, their home ground have always been a fortress and this game should be no different.

Atalanta to win and Over 1.5 Goals (3/4 BetStars) is my fancy.

Cagliari v Torino | Saturday 31st March 2018, 14:00

Both teams should find the net in a very balanced match in Serie A on Saturday afternoon.

Cagliari have an average of one goal per-game scored at home and they should be able to keep this rhythm against Torino, who are often happy to concede away from their stadium.

A 1-1 draw is a very likely outcome for this match but I’m backing Both Teams To Score (4/5 10BET).

Inter Milan v Hellas Verona | Saturday 31st March 2018, 14:00

Inter seem to be back on track and Verona are probably the easiest test they could have.

No wonder why they should win this and I am banking on their scoring form, especially relying on their main strikers to keep their stunning form.

Back Inter to win and more than two goals scored in the game for a 4/7 sure-thing at Ladbrokes.

Lazio v Benevento | Saturday 31st March 2018, 14:00

Another easy win should happen in Rome where Lazio host Benevento.

The visitors have showed a fighting spirit, but inevitably their resistance has fallen apart in second-halves.

Lazio should be rested after the international break and this should be another game where they can display all their offensive potential.

Lazio to win and Over 2.5 Goals (4/7 Ladbrokes) is a very solid selection.

Sassuolo v Napoli | Saturday 31st March 2018, 17:00 | BT Sport

I don’t normally rely on Over 2.5 Goals (23/20 Ladbrokes) bets with Napoli as this season but the Partenopei literally scare opponents, completely dominating possession and giving them little chance to be dangerous.

However, I see them attacking harder since their anger to win is becoming more and more urgent with nine games to go.

Sassuolo might have some chance to score there but Napoli’s superiority should give them three points.

Chievo v Sampdoria | Saturday 31st March 2018, 17:00

This should be another Both Teams To Score (4/5 10BET) match with Sampdoria coming from two incredible defeats, having conceded nine goals in their last two games.

This inevitably proves weaknesses in their defence and Chievo should be able to register at least once on their ground.

Also, the hosts should keep things on average in terms of goals conceded, as they almost give their opponents two goals pe-game at the Bentegodi.
