Serie A: Marco Di Cosmo thinks Napoli will triumph in Milan

OUR man in Italy, Marco Di Cosmo (@scioltz) looks to continue his hot streak in Serie A with his best Sunday selections.

Bologna vs Atalanta | Sunday 11th March 2018, 14:00

Atalanta are favourites in this match, but their odds are probably too short.

Bologna always guarantee goals at home, as they managed to score 20 in 14 games. 20 is also the number of goals they’ve conceded in those games, and considering Atalanta’s solid away scoring form BTTS seems the most logic option here.

Crotone vs Sampdoria | Sunday 11th March 2018, 14:00

I like BTTS here too when Crotone host poor travelers Sampdoria, who have collected only 12 points in 12 away games. Their main issue in such games has been their defence, as they’ve conceded almost 2 goals per game. Scoring has never been an issue fro them as they’ve managed to register in difficult matches against Roma and Napoli, among others.

Crotone should play a very intense game since they can ask only for 3 points. That is why it should be an open affair and BTTS could be the option here again.

Juventus vs Udinese| Sunday 11th March 2018, 14:00| BT Sport

Juventus are playing as dominant as every they usually do when it comes to second half of the season.

It is no surprise to me that they have turned their form to borderline untouchable, since coach Max Allegri have always showed this trend in his sides. Udinese will be just a routine win for the Bianconeri, and they should close this game in the first half, as often happened at the Juventus Stadium.

Inter Milan vs Napoli| Sunday 11th March 2018, 19:45| BT Sport

Lastly, the biggest match of Serie A week between Inter and Napoli.

I am backing the visitors to win, especially considering Inter’s poor form since December. The Neroazzurri have managed to win only 2 matches in their last 13, and some of those were against poor sides such as Pordenone, Benevento, Crotone and Spal. On the other hand Napoli come from a heavy defeat against Roma, but that game was something very unexplainable, with Roma converting all their chances while Napoli not being able to maximize their opportunity.

This is a last call for them to keep Juventus’ rhythm for the Scudetto, so back the Partenopei to get back in winning ways.
