Serie A: Marco Di Cosmo on why Napoli will continue their Scudetto charge

0

OUR man in Italy, Marco Di Cosmo (@scioltz) looks to continue his hot streak in Serie A with his best selections today.

Bologna v Verona | Sunday 15th April 2018, 14:00

Another ‘last call’ for Verona who have the chance to overcome Crotone if they get the three points here. Their task is not easy, as Bologna have a good record at home, usually consisting of goal-filled games.

Also Verona away have the third worst defensive record of Serie A and so you have the premises for a goal-based match in Bologna.

Milan vs Napoli | Sunday 15th April 2018, 14:00

Napoli will try to continue their race to Scudetto, after fantastic in the 94th minute against Chievo.

I am backing the Partenopei able to take the full three points in the San Siro, especially considering that Milan will be without their centre-backs duo of Alessio Romagnoli and Leonardo Bonucci. This will be a huge blow for AC Milan and the natural approach to that is Napoli to score more than one goal.

Juventus vs Sampdoria | Sunday 15th April 2018, 17:00

The Bianconeri have been almost perfect beating Real Madrid 3-1, but they were denied by a last minute penalty scored by Cristiano Ronaldo. They will bring some revenge sentiment in this match, and I am expecting them to tear Sampdoria apart, especially considering the Blucerciathi's recent performances.

Lazio vs Roma | Sunday 15th April 2018, 19:45

Roma's display against Barcelona was absolutely phenomenal, and they did something probably nobody would have expected. On the flip side Lazio have trashed away a 3 goal margin in just 30 minutes, being eliminated in Europe League.

Looking at this trend, a Roma win should be natural, but derby has its unnatural logic. That’s why I will be happy just to back BTTS on this game, considering both teams will be heavy tired and Lazio’s usual open approach.
