Serie A Betting Preview & Tips: A goal-heavy Saturday in Serie A

0

OUR man in Italy, Marco Di Cosmo (@scioltz) returns to look at Saturday's action from Serie A.

Crotone vs Spezia | Saturday 12th December 2020, 14:00 | Premier Sports

Crotone are yet to win a match this season, and their Serie A campaign has been a nightmare. They have the worst defensive record with 24 goals conceded in 10 games, being able to keep a clean sheet only once.

On the other side we have a very entertaining Spezia side who concede a lot as well, but also have many ways to find the net: they have scored 14 goals, compared to the 6 scored by Crotone so far.

Every Spezia match provides some fun and it is ultimately strange to understand how their game against Atalanta finished 0-0.

Even if they are favourites, I am going with the safe goals side backing more than two in this game.

Lazio vs Verona | Saturday 12th December 2020, 19:45 | Premier Sports

Lazio have managed to qualify from the Champions League group stage after a dramatic 2-2 draw against Brugge at the Olimpico. The home side had the lead twice, but could not manage to keep it, so the final minutes were really thrilling and energy-consuming.

That is why I do not expect a safe run against Verona on Saturday evening. I won't bet against their home record but I will go for the visitors to score. They are a very aggressive side that do not like to rely on a speculative approach.

Also, Lazio have always conceded at home this season and I am not expecting things to change.

Best Bets

Crotone vs Spezia – Over 2.5 Goals (1/1 SBK)

Lazio vs Verona – Both Teams To Score (7/10 Red Zone)
