Scottish Football Tips | Mr Fixit’s Treble | 12th December 2015

THE Daily Record's Mr Fixit (@mrfixittips) returns with his three good things in Scotland this weekend.

Dundee United v Partick Thistle | Saturday 15:00

United are slowly improving under Mixu Paatelainen but face a tough challenge against visitors Thistle. The Jags have hit a rich vein of form with back-to-back wins and just one defeat in their last seven outings.

They've scored seven in their previous two games and can have some joy against an unsteady United defence short on confidence. The Tangerines are winless in five matches, losing four, and I'm keeping the stalemate on side by taking Partick double chance at 4/7 with Unibet.

Livingston v Alloa | Saturday 15:00

Livi have won three out of four at home to the Wasps and beat them 3-0 at Recreation Park earlier in the season. They led Rangers in their last home league game then convincingly won 3-1 at Peterhead in the Scottish Cup.

Alloa are woefully out of form and sacked Danny Lennon after a run of seven defeats then lost 5-0 at Dumbarton in the Scottish Cup in midweek. Livi look good at 4/6 with Coral.

Clyde v East Fife | Saturday 15:00

Hopefully the weather doesn't hit the lower leagues too badly but if they go ahead my best best are Clyde at home to East Fife. Barry Ferguson's men have rattled 12 goals in racking up three successive wins to get their title bid motoring.

East Fife have shipped nine goals in the their last three outings and have just one win in seven league games. Clyde are the way to go at 21/20 with Ladbrokes.
