Los Angeles Chargers @ New Orleans Saints | Tuesday 13th October 2020, 00:15 | Sky Sports

An intriguing match-up for this Monday night as the Chargers face off against the Saints. Rookie QB Justin Herbert was thrust into the starting job for Los Angeles after an unfortunate medical accident involving Tyrod Taylor and has done a very nice job indeed – much more than I’m sure the Chargers were expecting by this point.

But it’s Alvin Kamara I want to focus on this week as he’s been simply superb so far this season and looks like he’s back to full health after an injury limited him last year. He’s scored seven TDs in four games and piled up 557 yards from scrimmage in the process. He’s been close to unstoppable and is arguably the best weapon the league right now, especially with Christian McCaffrey sidelined.

321 of those scrimmage yards have come through the air and I like him to have more success against the Chargers. His line is 46.5 and I expect him to go Over that. He’s cleared that mark in three of the four games so far and given that the Chargers have given up just under 44 yards through the air to RBs in their last three games (on 24 receptions), I would expect one of the best receiving RBs in Kamara to make that average look much worse by the end of this game.

The postponed Denver @ New England game has now been postponed again and now won’t be played this week at all, so it’s just the one game this week!

Best Bets

Los Angeles Chargers @ New Orleans Saints – Alvin Kamara to have Over 46.5 Receiving Yards (5/6 Bet365)
