Buffalo Bills @ San Francisco 49ers | Tuesday 8th December 2020, 01:15 | Sky Sports

Outside of the international games we’ve had in recent years I can’t remember a game where we haven’t had a home team (Super Bowls aside), but because of Santa Clara County's latest Coronavirus policies that’s what we’re getting for this Monday night game as the Bills face the 49ers in San Francisco’s adopted home in Arizona.

To go along with this strange – although is anything really strange in 2020?! – scenario, coupled with me struggling to separate these two teams in this matchup, I’m going to be looking at something that I don’t recall ever having done so before; Kickers. That’s right, get excited. Specifically Buffalo’s kicker Tyler Bass.

Bass has been on fire of late, averaging 12.8 points over his last 5 games and that’s nearly double the 6.5 line that’s set for this game. I’ll be going Over that 6.5 for this week.

Of course a kicker needs the opportunities to score the points and the Bills offense has been very obliging, averaging 27.2 points a game over the course of this season (and 33.7 over their last three games, which is the best in the league).

The 49ers are no pushovers defensively, but the Bills generally get their yards and I expect them to do the same in this one. San Francisco is also pretty generous when it comes to opposing kickers, allowing nearly 9 points a game.

Disappointingly, the price has shortened while I’ve been writing this, but I still think it to be a good play in what should be a fascinating game.
