This is getting a little repetitive, but hopefully for good reason. Simply put: Rangers will probably win this game, but there are unlikely to be many goals.

Hamilton recorded their first victory of the season last weekend, thanks to a late winner against their most local rivals, Motherwell. That was a dour encounter, like many of their recent matches.

Their last three results have finished 1-0, with two defeats and one victory and a defeat in that sample. With that in mind, I am not expecting a goals fest, particularly given how few chances Rangers have given away in their four league games to date.

The Govan club are yet to concede a league goal this season and in truth they have given up few chances. They have enjoyed relatively simple victories against Aberdeen, Kilmarnock, St Johnstone and St Mirren this season (alongside a 0-0 draw with Livingston in which there were just four shots on target) and that is likely to be the case again on Saturday afternoon.

Under 2.5 Goals has been a profitable angle where Rangers games have been concerned in 2020 (seven of 13 league matches have seen two goals or fewer) and I expect it to be again.

Under 2.5 Goals is 17/10 with 888sport and that is where my money is going.
