Rangers and Aberdeen face tough trips as they bid to continue their Europa League runs. The Scots sides will fancy knocking out Midtjylland and Rijeka respectively but I doubt if the ties will be settled in the first legs.

Gers have huge European aspirations and it would be a big setback if they crashed to the Danes, while Aberdeen will be confident after beating Rijeka 3-0 away four years ago.

A double on the Scots to qualify pays 27/10 at SkyBet and is worth a look but two wins on Thursday night is unlikely at 14/1 with William Hill.

Steven Gerrard's men are 19/10 at BetVictor to win this week but a draw could be the call at 11/5 with Betway. A scoring draw pays 15/4 with bet365.

Ten of Midtjylland’s last 12 in the Europa League have saw both scoring and that could be best bet at 19/20 with 10BET – especially as the Ibrox men conceded at Kilmarnock on Sunday.

Both to score at 6/5 with Bet365 could also be the shout in Croatia. The Dons won't get it as easy as last time but they're in good form and will head there confident about taking home a result after their thrashing of Chikhura.

Five of Aberdeen's last six in the Europa League have saw both score and they've lost just one out of 10 qualifiers inside 90 minutes. Again a draw is possible at 12/5 while Aberdeen are as big as 7-2 to repeat their previous win there.

While it's tough picking a Rangers scorer, one man stands out for the Dons. Sam Cosgrove has netted in all four Euro ties and hit a double against Hearts in the Premiership opener.

The big Englishman is 14/5 with Unibet to net and 13/2 to bag the opener.

Best Bets

Europa League – Rangers and Aberdeen to qualify (27/10 SkyBet)

Midtjylland v Rangers – Both Teams To Score (19/20 10BET)

Rijeka v Aberdeen – Both Teams To Score (6/5 Bet365)

Rijeka v Aberdeen – Sam Cosgrove to score at anytime (14/5 Unibet)
