Both of these two teams won their home fixture against their opponent ahead of their semi-final showdown. Coventry defeated Notts County on the first day of the season courtesy of a Jodi Jones hat-trick. County got their revenge on the Sky Blues by winning the return encounter 2-1 in August.
Coventry are in good form going into this game, winning three out of their last five, including a 6-1 win away at Cheltenham. They will be hoping to be promoted at the first time of asking following their relegation to League Two last season.
The Magpies started the season strongly and looked like they would challenge for a top three position. However, a lull in their form meant that they had to settle for the play-offs.
