THE Daily Record's Mr Fixit (@mrfixittps) shares his verdict on Sunday's Scottish Cup semi-final between Old Firm rivals Celtic and Rangers at Hampden Park.

Celtic v Rangers | Sunday 15th April 2018, 14:30 | Sky Sports

Celtic are closing in on seven in a row but first they want to make it 10 in a row.

The Hoops are unbeaten in nine against Rangers and I expect them to extend the record with a hard-fought victory in the Scottish Cup semis.

Games between the pair have been tight this season – 3-2 and 2-0 to Celtic as well as a 0-0 draw. In the previous meeting many fancied Rangers but they lost with 10 men and while they're not playing well, Celtic seem to be able to get the job done.

They won both semi-final meetings between the clubs last season and are a best 3/4 at Marathon to win in 90 minutes and 4/11 with William Hill to reach the final.

Rangers are 4/1 at bet365 and 11/4 to qualify while a draw after 90 minutes pays 3/1 at Marathon.

Both to score has a chance of coming up at 8/11 with Betfred as both sides are prone to making defensive boobs.

But take Celtic to win and Over 1.5 Goals at evens at Black Type. Brendan Rodgers' boys class should tell as they bid to keep their second successive treble dream alive on Sunday.
