BETS to avoid this weekend? Here are our three best lays on the Matchbook (@TeamMatchBook) exchange.

Chelsea v Aston Villa | Saturday 15:00

Both these sides enter this game under a fairly grey cloud. Chelsea have been abysmal this season and incredibly sit in the bottom five whilst Aston Villa haven't won in two months and are in the relegation zone.

For these reasons it may be wise to expect a bullish performance from both as they aim to come out fighting post-international break. Chelsea should be too strong while Tim Sherwood is clinging on to the Villa job by his fingernails. Both teams can show some guts here and it looks worthwhile laying Both Teams To Score No at 1.95.

Crystal Palace v West Ham | Saturday 15:00

West Ham have been wildly erratic this season as you'll be aware. Away wins at Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City sit alongside defeats to Bournemouth and Leicester. The moral of the story? Oppose them at short odds and support them at big prices.

On Saturday the travel to Selhurst Park to face Top 4 side Crystal Palace. Like West Ham, Palace never look as dominant on home turf and they look worthy of laying at short odds of 2.11 here.

Kilmarnock v Inverness | Saturday 15:00

After a rough start to the campaign things have improved for both these sides in recent weeks. Kilmarnock have lost just one of their last four matches and enjoyed wins over St Johnstone and Dundee United. Inverness meanwhile are unbeaten in five and have three wins to their name in that spell.

Despite the solid form of John Hughes' side they look a little short here at 1.98. Killie showed last time (a draw at Tynecastle) that they are no pushovers and back at Rugby Park can cause the Highlanders problems. Lay Inverness at 2.08.
