AFTER defeat in Zagreb two weeks ago Arsenal look to bounce back here against Olympiakos. Chris Graham (@chrisgraham79) looks at the odds.

Dinamo Zagreb eh? Humped by Red Bull Salzburg last season in Europe at home but good enough to beat Arsenal on Matchday 1 in Croatia. Not many people saw that coming, including me. It leaves Arsenal needing a win here to put them back in the groove of the group.

Olympiakos are the kind of side I like backing in the Champions League, but only when they're at home. Last season they beat both Atletico Madrid and Juventus in their group but were beaten by Malmo away from Greece.

They finished third in that group and were parachuted into the Europa League. A similar story occurred this time round too with a 2-0 loss at Dnipro putting their Last 32 tie beyond them.

It's just one home defeat in seven for Arsenal in the Champions League group stages. That came against Borussia Dortmund in 2013 but the English side have been generally prolific at home with six wins in their last nine group matches.

You get the impression that Arsene Wenger's side will be hurting after that defeat in Zagreb two weeks ago and they'll be eager to put that right here.

As mentioned, the Gunners' record at home in the Champions League group stage is particularly strong. If you'd backed them -1 in these games you would have been rewarded. All six wins referenced above were all achieved by more than one goal and that's the avenue I'm taking here.

Bar a bemusing 3-3 draw with Anderlecht last season, Arsenal have proved they're professional in these kind of games at The Emirates. Couple that with the meek away performances of Olympiakos and I'm confident Arsenal -1 will pay out at 11/10 with Paddy Power.
