CAN anything stop the favourite Un De Sceaux in the Arkle? Chris Graham and The Voice Of Value give us their thoughts.
Cheltenham 14:05 | Arkle Chase | Channel 4
As a racing fan, the sight of Un De Sceuax crusing through almost all his races this season has been a joy to watch.
In terms of raw ability, he looks as exciting as it gets. Will he win here? Almost certainly. But the fact he's never run at Cheltenham, might not appreciate the ground and has fallen this season means I can't back him at odds on.
Third favourite Josses Hill has been a disappointment this season. He's lost twice at odds on, but the hurly burly of Cheltenham might just reignite him on Tuesday.
He finished an outstanding second in the Supreme Novices last season to Vautour and won a classy Grade 2 at Aintree. He seems to thrive in the spring at these big meetings and at 12/1 looks a decent each way price.
Each way places are paid out to third place and I think that's definitely within Josses Hill's potential.

The run up to the race has been dominated by hot favourite Un De Sceaux with many experts of the opinion that if he turns up and jumps the fences then he wins.
That may well be the case but he has fallen once this season (first run over fences) and his form is almost all on soft or heavy ground so I will not be having a bet on him at odds on thanks very much.
The value in this race probably lies in trying to find one that will get a place. Three Kingdoms hasn’t pulled up any trees in his races over fences this season compared to some others but he has been consistent, winning three and losing the other by half a length to Vibrato Valtat.
I think Vibrato is a cracking horse and I actually wouldn’t put anyone off backing him each way against Un De Sceaux now that he is 11/2.
But it's Three Kingdoms that really intrigues me and with the added bonus of the champ AP McCoy in the saddle, it's just another plus point. You can be sure McCoy will get the best out of him. This isn’t a bet to go mad on though.
