YET another hunky winner for Joe Drabble (@Joe_Drabs) as Ahmed Shehzad did the business for Pakistan on Wednesday. Can he continue his rich vein of form as Scotland take on Bangladesh?
Scotland v Bangladesh | Wednesday 22.00 | Sky Sports 2
This, without doubt, has been the hardest match for me to find you a winner. Scotland are playing for pride after three successive defeats whereas Bangladesh are very much in contention for the quarter-finals after victory over Afghanistan and a rained off fixture with Australia.
That abandonment in Brisbane makes me think that the luck could be with the Tigers this tournament and a win here would set up practically a straight shoot-out with England for the last qualification place in Group A.
The match will be played at the high-scoring Saxton Oval in Nelson, the scene of Ireland's shock win over West Indies earlier in the tournament. Another upset here would not surprise me, however Scotland are far too short at 7/2 given how poor they have been in the tournament so far.
Fear not, though, I've found us some cracking value. Mushfiqur Rahim, who averages 49 in his last eight ODIs and is one of few batsmen worth watching in this match, is 7/1 to be Top Bangladesh Batsman with Betway. Given he is around 5/1 with most other firms, I'd suggest taking a piece of this pie.
Rahin is also 14/1 for Top Match Batsman. I'll have an e/w nibble there too.
