TOTTENHAM meet Chelsea on Tuesday night in the EFL Cup 4th Round. Brett Curtis (@Brett_Curtis92) is on-hand to deliver his favourite fancies.

Chelsea have been made odds-on favourites to win due to Spurs hosting Maccabbi Haifa in the final Europa League qualifying stage just 48 hours later. Jose Mourinho has hinted he may field a weakened side against his former club saying: “I would like to fight for the Carabao (EFL) Cup but I don’t think I can.
“We have a game on Thursday that gives us not as much money as the Champions League, but the group phase of the Europa League gives us a certain amount that for a club like us is very important.”
However, Spurs should still field a competitive side. Sergio Reguilon is likely to make his debut, with fringe players such as Joe Hart, Juan Foyth and Gedson Fernandes likely to support Erik Lamela and Steven Bergwijn in attack.
Chelsea, meanwhile, do not play until hosting Crystal Palace on Saturday, providing them with an opportunity to go a little stronger as they did in the previous round against Barnsley.
Like his opposing left-back, Ben Chilwell is in line to make his first start for the club, with the likes of Jorginho, Ross Barkley, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Olivier Giroud likely to come into the side.
Hudson-Odoi made arguably his greatest impact in a Chelsea shirt yet after being brought on as a substitute at West Brom, coolly converting his side's second as they came back from 3-0 down at half-time to snatch a point.
The 19-year-old is evens with Betfair to have a shot on-target, which looks an excellent price if he starts as expected. It landed against Barnsley and, of course, at West Brom, so a stalling career looks to be heading on the right track now.
Given the amount Chelsea may be expected to dominate a weakened Spurs side, 11/2 for him to have two or more looks a good price, too, but I'd wait for team news before backing that.
Another bet I like is Chelsea to score 2+ goals and each team to be shown 1+ card at 6/4 with Bet365. While there are always fewer cards in the domestic cups, it's still a London derby – one which has been particularly feisty in the past – and referee Lee Mason has shown both teams at least one card in 14 of his last 17 Premier League matches.
If the line-ups are roughly as expected then I can see Chelsea giving Spurs plenty of problems at the back, with this bet covering them being involved in another high-scoring draw (or defeat).
On the player cards front, Jorginho at 3/1 (Unibet) and Foyth at 7/2 (Betfair) look the pick of the bunch.
Best Bets
Tottenham vs Chelsea – Callum Hudson-Odoi to have 1+ shot on-target (1/1 Betfair)
Tottenham vs Chelsea – Chelsea to score Over 1 Goal and Each Team Over 0 Cards (6/4 Bet365)
