NON-LEAGUE expert Paul Maddison (@LouthBigDog) shares his best bets from Wednesday night's live action in the National League as Dagenham & Redbridge host Bromley.

After picking up just three points in their opening four games, Dagenham & Redbridge have found a bit of form and are unbeaten in their last four with two wins and two draws. Those pair of victories both came at home so the Daggers will be hopeful of carrying on that run as they face the only unbeaten side in the National League, Bromley.

Bromley have been made slight favourites for this tie and rightly so – the Ravens have been playing some excellent football this season. Michael Cheek was an excellent summer signing, who will score plenty of goals – the former Dagenham striker has netted 64 league goals in his previous four seasons at this level.

This should be an entertaining match between the two London-based teams and I fancy both teams to go out and attack. The Daggers have found the net seven times in their last two home games but are yet to keep a clean sheet in eight attempts. Whilst only three sides in the National League have scored more goals than Bromley.

I definitely think backing goals is the way to go here, and the 19/20 on Over 2.5 Goals with Marathon looks generous.

In the First Goalscorer market I like the look of Billy Bingham at 12/1 each way with Bet365. The Bromley midfielder has netted three goals already this season, including an absolute stunner from outside the area against Ebbsfleet, and the other two were very well taken finishes.

Bingham spent five-and-a-half seasons at Dagenham after making his first appearance in senior football for them. It would be no surprise to see him net against his former club in front of the BT Sport cameras.

Best Bets

Dagenham & Redbridge v Bromley – Over 2.5 Goals (19/20 Marathon)

Dagenham & Redbridge v Bromley – Billy Bingham to score first (12/1 each-way Bet365)

About Author

I first got the taste for betting when I was quite young, every year I would pick a horse for the Grand National and my Dad would go to the bookies and put my £1 each way bet on. As soon as I could get away with it I was in the bookies every Saturday afternoon searching the football coupons and putting on stupidly big accas. Now enjoy betting mainly singles or small multiples, usually sticking to the English leagues. I don't favour any particular market, but rarely watch a game without having small first scorer bet for a bit of fun. I've got 3 boys which take up most of my time, but luckily they enjoy going to watch football and days at the races. I'm a life long Grimsby Town fan, one of a few that has seen some ups as well as all the downs.
