OUR man in Italy, Marco Di Cosmo (@scioltz) has bagged 12 winners from 16 in Serie A. He's now back to attack Saturday's action.

Inter Milan v Chievo | Saturday 19:45 | BT Sport

Inter are chasing their sixth consecutive win under new coach Stefano Pioli when they face Chievo at San Siro.

The visitors are relatively comfortable in their table, having already secured a 15 point cushion protecting them for the relegation zone. Chievo have proved to be a solid force in Serie A over the recent years, almost always finishing their season well ahead of the bottom-three.

But if you have to find some deficiency I think it is in their away performances against top teams. I do not remember a single positive outcome for Chievo when facing top teams – the most recent result is a 1-1 at Juventus almost two years ago.

Since then they’ve lost 100% of their 10 games at Fiorentina, Roma, Napoli, Inter, and Lazio, and also, in six of these matches they’ve been beaten by more than one-goal margin.

For this reason, and given Inter’s form, I think the Nerazzurri will be ready to collect their sixth consecutive win at San Siro.

Plus, the addition of Roberto Gagliardini is a fantastic acquisition for Inter. Be sure that the young Italian will show his stunning talent in upcoming years, and he is also by now ready to add the right technical and tactical equilibrium that Inter are missing for years.
