It was good to get back to winning ways last weekend as Dunfermline wrapped up my bet and the game before 60 minutes against Stranraer and I'm bold enough to think my selection this weekend will go the same way!
My selection comes from League 2 and pits home side Annan up against top of the table East Fife. Both sides have started the season well and look like they'll be promotion rivals in the months ahead. The biggest thing I've noticed following these sides is their penchant for scoring goals.
East Fife have scored nine in their last three games, with striker Nathan Austin hitting three goals already this season. Fife have only conceded two goals in their opening four league games but Annan have been firing in goals left, right and centre and I can see South West side to get at least one at home.
Athletic have been amongst the goals this season as well, in fact they've scored in every game. Crucially for the hopes of this bet all five of their matches at Galabank saw both teams score. They've scored three times on three separate occasions and four of their matches went Over 2.5 Goals as well.
To add fuel to the fire, veteran striker Peter Weatherston and strike partner Smart Osadolor have formed a deadly partnership this season already, scoring eight between them.
