My selection this weekend comes from the Scottish championship as Dunfermline host Queen of the South.

Stevie Crawford took over the hosts in mid-January and it’s taken him a few weeks to find his feet. But recently, Dunfermline are starting to feel like his team.

Three wins on the spin has seen the Pars move from a possible relegation play-offs scrap to promotion play-off contenders – a win on Saturday would see them go into fourth.

Queen of the South have gone In the opposite direction; Gary Naysmith won Manager of the Month for January but since then Queens have lost five straight league games and been knocked out the Scottish Cup.

The Doonhamers have dropped from fourth to seventh, and most alarming for them is, in such tight league they now sit only five points off the bottom.

Things can change quickly in this division but in-form Dunfermline should heap more pressure on struggling QOS by taking all three points on Saturday at 19/20 (Betway).
