Scottish Football: Diamonds to deliver the goods, says Dino Vita

My selection this weekend comes from the Scottish League One as promotion-chasing Airdrie host Peterhead.

Airdrie sit in second after they lost last week at league leaders Raith, which ended a run of six straight victories. The Diamonds have been a bit of a surprise package and will hope to keep up the pace with the table-toppers as they enter a busy Christmas period.

Peterhead sit in seventh. They had a big victory last weekend over Stranraer, which stopped a four game winless run.

But Ian Murray’s hosts have been in excellent form this season and will look to get back on track this weekend and look a good thing at 21/20 (William Hill) to do so on home soil.
