Dawaaween seems like a very promising type and showed much improvement last time out over this course and distance just 15 days ago on handicap debut, eventually going on to win, and in doing so boasts the best speed rating from all of the runners.
She stayed on really well in this contest from the eventual second and won by over a length in the end, tracking the leaders in fifth around the bend before the final straight and made headway to lead over a furlong out.
She gets a 5lb penalty for that success here, but this rise doesn’t look like it will be able to restrict her from
getting her head in front again with more progress expected. She is certainly capable of going onto better things than this after being kept in the same grade here and is interesting at 7/4 (Bet365).
