The Pertemps Final is historically a tricky puzzle to solve however it's starting to throw up some classy winners with last year's winner strongly fancied for the Stayers Hurdle later.
The Denise Foster yard has done well in this race recently and have The Bosses Oscar who is fancied here. He has good form in the book however he's racing off a mark 13 higher than his Irish rating and that makes life hard for him.
The one I like here is Brinkley. He's very inexperienced which is a concern in a large field like this, but on the plus side he's also the most progressive in the line up.
He's won his last two starts in good style and shapes as if he will relish the additional distance he gets here. The yard is going well and providing the ground isn't too quick I expect him to be involved at the finish here and is a good each-way option with SkyBet paying seven places.
