THE final match of the Premier League weekend brings together West Ham and Manchester United. Chris Graham (@chrisgraham79) is all over the goals in this match.
West Ham v Manchester United | Sunday 16:15 | Sky Sports 1
This is a fascinating match where we should learn a lot about both sides. The key is West Ham's home form. Is it strong enough to hold off Manchester United?
Make no mistake about it, the Hammers' home form has been hugely impressive this Premier League season. Forget about their horror August and their record stands at P10 W7 D2 L1.
They've beaten Man City, Liverpool and Newcastle when they were shit-hot in November. A win here will move them up to third in the Premier League Home Table. Good work eh?
That one post-August home defeat came on December 28th against Arsenal and that would have hurt manager Sam Allardyce hugely. It was noticeable that two days previously he rested some key players against Chelsea to target that match. I'm fairly certain he'll believe his side can topple Manchester United.
It's been a dodgy six weeks for Manchester United since they drew with Aston Villa before Christmas. Draws against Stoke and Cambridge and a home defeat to Southampton have followed that pre-Christmas disappointment. It's a big ask for them to go to Upton Park and win.
But bar that Horlicks at Cambridge, Louis Van Gaal's side have scored in eight of their last 10 away matches and always look an attacking threat with the personnel they possess within the final third.
For me Both Teams To Score looks a good un' at 4/5 with Ladbrokes, but I'll be a little more brave and back Over 2.5 & BTTS in the same bet at 5/4 with William Hill. I'm hoping for lots of goals here from two positive sides.
