Milan entertain Liverpool in what is a must-win for the home side if they are to have any chance of progressing to the last 16 of the Champions League.
Milan lost their first three games in this competition, but four points from matches against Porto and Atletico Madrid have given them an outside chance of qualification.
In theory, their opponents Liverpool have little to play for, having won all five games so far. However, the same could be said when they entertained Porto last time out, yet The Reds still managed a 2-0 victory over their opponents.
That day Liverpool made five changes to their first XI but still included Mo Salah and Sadio Mane in the side. I am hoping and expecting them to make more changes on this occasion as this is their first of eight matches in 27 days.
With this in mind, I am going to side with The Rossineri to win the game. Milan find themselves top of Serie A, having lost just two of their 16 league matches to date Milan have scored 35 goals and conceded 18 in those matches so they’ve certainly been an entertaining watch. Six of their 12 wins have seen both sides find the net and given Liverpool’s attacking threat (regardless of who plays) I think the 13/5 Bet365 are offering on an AC Milan to win and both sides to score is attractive enough for me to get involved.
