My selection this weekend comes from the League Cup as in-form Dunfermline travel north to face Arbroath.
Dunfermline are in top form this term, winning eight of their nine games, including an excellent 2-1 victory over title favourites Hearts last week The Pars are 13 games unbeaten a run that stretches back to February.
Arbroath came through their League Cup section in second spot, winning three games all against lower-league opposition but have yet to win their five opening Championship outings.
Although these sides are in the same division, it’s clear to see Dunfermline are in a lot better form and I hope they can continue their unbeaten start to the season with a victory on Saturday at 10/11 (William Hill).
