DAILY RECORD star Mr Fixit (@mrfixittps) shares his best bets from Saturday's action.
Motherwell v St Mirren | Saturday 4th May 2019, 15:00
Motherwell forward David Turnbull was unsurprisingly nominated for Young Player of the Year this week after a superb breakthrough season. The 19-year-old has netted 12 in 30 games and looks destined for a career at the top level.
Turnbull's double proved decisive in last week's 4-3 win over Dundee and he's thriving in a team able to play without pressure in the run-in.
This weekend they host second-bottom St Mirren who've kept one Premiership clean sheet away from home all season.
Nine of Turnbull's goals have come at home, including six in the last five, so back him at 3/1 with Bet365 to score any time.
Dundee v Hamilton | Saturday 4th May 2019, 15:00
Dundee are all but doomed at the bottom of the Premiership after nine defeats in a row and I fancy Hamilton to send them down on Saturday.
An Accies win pays 2/1 but after both sides netted three last week, and with Dundee desperate for a win and desperate at defending, the best bet is to take Over 2.5 Goals at 28/25 with Marathon.
Brechin v Stenhousemuir | Saturday 4th May 2019, 15:00
In League One Brechin must beat Stenhousemuir at home in this final-day fixture to leapfrog them at the bottom.
Brechin are winless in six, including five defeats, and Stenny's form is better just one loss in five.
Crucially, they are unbeaten against their rivals with two wins and draw this season so back Stenny +0 on the Asian Handicap at 68/67 (BetVictor) – it works in the same way as a Draw No Bet selection.
Best Bets
Motherwell v St Mirren – David Turnbull to score at anytime (3/1 Bet365)
Dundee v Hamilton – Over 2.5 Goals (28/25 Marathon)
Brechin v Stenhousemuir – Stenhousemuir +0 Asian Handicap (68/67 BetVictor)
