WILL League One Peterborough knock out West Brom on Wednesday night? Chris Graham (@chrisraham79) previews the game for us.

Peterborough v West Brom | Wednesday 19:45 | BBC One

It's a big night for Peterborough on Wednesday night as they host West Brom in an FA Cup Fourth Round replay in front of the BBC cameras. A trip to Reading in the Last 16 faces the winners. A lovely incentive.

The League One side did superbly well in the opening contest matching West Brom throughout and they rescued a replay thanks to a late goal from Jon Taylor.

The Baggies were lacklustre that day, similar to their first performance in the previous round against Bristol City. The fact they can play as bad as this yet still stay in the competition is for me pretty telling.

Posh are managed by the enigmatic Graham Westley and he'll surely be foaming at the mouth at the thought of BBC cameras turning up to his patch to film the match. There's no doubt his players will be up for the challenge.

Westley's side sit just outside the League One play-off zone and have lost just four games in all competitions since November. Higher ranked sides Preston and Burton were eliminated from this competition by them.

Two things to note. On Saturday they lost at home to Burton. That was their first home defeat since October. And like the last few seasons Posh are very promiscuous in front of goal. They've scored 54 times with only Gillingham scoring more.

For West Brom it's a different story. They've scored just 23 times in the league this season (only Villa have scored fewer) and have won none of their last five league matches.

They also have a few injury concerns and medium-term absentee James Morrison has been a sore loss for the club. Yes, there are negatives aplenty.

Having said that they're odds against, and they're playing a side two divisions below them. I make it 15 times that a top-flight side have been drawn against a lower league outfit in this competition this season, and I make it 14 times that they've gone through.

Yes, some of these ties went to replays but ultimately even when fielding weaker sides the Premier League team were just too strong for the Football League side to handle.

Saido Berahino fascinates me here. The FA Cup seems to be the place where he's hanging about these days with eight goals and four assists in his last six appearances in the competition. Deece.

West Brom manager Tony Pulis seems to be talking him up for this game proclaiming, “we're desperate to get him back involved again and playing games”. Young Saido might also be the kind of guy that is turned on by the fact terrestrial TV are covering the game, I'd wager he is.

With that in mind I'l back the frustrated Berahino to score anytime at 24/13 with 888 Sport and top up with a chunk at 12/5 that he scores in an Albion win.
