OUR bookings man Gavin Murphy (@GamePlanGavin) reckons there's serious value in the late game on Saturday.

Manchester United v Liverpool | Saturday 17:30 | Sky Sports 1

There are some fantastic matches this weekend with local and historical rivalries at stake but none more so than the eagerly anticipated match up between Manchester United and Liverpool. The two traditional powerhouses of the North West go head to head on the back of disappointing defeats before the international break.

This is a match that doesn't need any further hype from me but I was delighted to see that Michael Oliver has been given the whistle for this showdown.

Why? Well Mr Oliver has officiated four Premier League matches so far this season and dished out 20 yellows and three reds in that short period. He has an average make up this season of 6.9 per game.

Have a think about it, an evening fixture with passions running high at Old Trafford looks likely to continue that trend.

The quote this week is Under/Over 5.5 cards and the overs in this market has copped on each of the past four meetings between the clubs. Given that Mr Oliver likes to get his cards out too the call must be on Over 5.5 cards at Evens with Bet365.
