YOU'VE probably seen him on At The Races or Racing UK, now Jack Milner (@JJMSports) is a regular on WeLoveBetting too. Here are his views on Saturday's racing.

Cheltenham 12:15 | 2m 1f Juvenile Hurdle

There's not much value kicking around in the big races at Cheltenham on Saturday, but that's not the case in the opener. I like Nicky Henderson's Hargem in this, he's already been backed so there's clearly confidence in him. This fella hated the ground at Cheltenham when he made his début there last month. He should have different conditions on Saturday and receives weight from all his main market rivals. He's only as short as 16/1 for the Triumph Hurdle in March, that shows you how well he's thought of. I've already backed him for the Festival contest!

Doncaster 13:05 | Handicap Hurdle

I think First Mohican has got a big shout here. Alan King's unexposed six year old runs off a mark of 129 in this race and that is unbelievable! He was rated 100 on the Flat, he won over course and distance first time out last season, he'll handle the ground and he'll relish the trip. 129?! They say you're supposed to add 40 or 50 when converting a flat mark to a jump mark. Following those rules, he is well in here!

Lingfield 13:30 | 3m Veterans Chase

Alan King (who trains First Mohican) is in flying form at the moment, and he's got another big chance here at Lingfield with West End Rocker. This horse was high up in the betting for the Grand National a few years ago and has a Becher Chase under his belt. He's running off 135 in this race, which is the same mark he had when finishing third in the Midlands National earlier this year. We haven't seen him since then, but we do know he goes well fresh. He's the classiest horse in this race, he's the best horse in this race and he should take all the beating.

I started working in the betting industry as a teenager, not necessarily legally, as a son of someone who has been in involved in Huddersfield’s leading independent bookmakers for nearly 35 years. Since then I've moved from Timebox to Coral to BetVictor. A lover of football, cricket, rugby, darts, golf and National Hunt Racing to mention but a few. Talk a good game, punt a dreadful one. You will catch me on the sun-laden astroturf pitches of Gibraltar or in an office watching horses run around a field or golfers hitting balls with a stick, generally with a few bob on both.
