Correct Score: Klopp could hold the edge in Liverpool v Arsenal encounter

OUR Correct Score man Daniel McCulloch (@danmcc84) started his season with two 6/1 winners. He's back to attack Sunday's mouthwatering Premier League match on Sunday.

Liverpool v Arsenal | Sunday 27th August 2017, 16:00 | Sky Sports

Jurgen Klopp's record against top-six teams since he arrived in England is fairly well documented. Eight wins and nine draws from 18 games is fairly impressive.

Arsenal Wenger's during the same time period is less so. The Gunners have just four wins and seven draws from their 19 games.

Both sides are clearly better going forward than they are defensively, so it is additionally no surprised to see the Both Teams To Score price as low as 1/2.

What surprised me most, however, is that of the 37 combined fixtures against the said top-six, nine have finished 1-1. None of these have been in matches against each other (Liverpool firmly hold the edge since Klopp arrived) so there is no double counting here and the 7/1 William Hill are offering suddenly looks very palatable.

For a punter, however, I am rather cautious and struggle to see Arsenal keeping their opponents to one. You can get 17/2 on a 2-1 Liverpool triumph with Bet365 and that is worth a saver in my book.
