Sunday isn't a particularly eye-catching day outside of France however there is some group race action in Ireland with the Ballyogan Stakes. A Group 3 for fillies over six furlongs, it's not high-class but there is one here who should too good for her rivals.

Florida Times (13/2 BetVictor) won a maiden in Cork over five furlongs for Adrian Joyce before joining David O'Meara who is a master at improving horses he gets hold of. On her sole start for the yard she was third in a listed race and it looks like she handles a soft surface, which she will encounter here.

This isn't a particularly strong Group 3 and she could well pick up some place money but she doesn't appeal as a win proposition.

Music Box (10/1 Bet365) at first glance doesn't look like one of Ballydoyles stars but I quite like her. Aidan O'Brien tends to take his time with fillies and she has made steady progress so far.

Her last two defeats in maidens were to above average looking horses and she won easily last time out. I think she may prove second best here but is up against a filly in this who looks a cut above her rivals.

Only Mine (9/4 Ladbrokes) may only have won three of her 14 starts but she looks comfortably better than anything else in this race. A winner at Group 3 and listed level in the past, she has kept good company during her career and wasn't disgraced in the Haydock Sprint Cup last season.

She needed her return at Cork but a repeat of her second last time out against the colts would see her win this. She looks overpriced to me and a worthy favourite for this.

I grew up watching Hearts games with my dad and playing football at every opportunity so betting on it was the logical next step! Football coupons became a Saturday ritual and it introduced me into the world of horse racing. I started watching it on a regular basis, and after Galileo's Derby win in 2001 I was hooked. I follow both flat and national hunt racing attending the northern meetings when possible.
