LA Galaxy v Houston Dynamo | Saturday 20th April 2019, 04:00

LA Galaxy host Houston Dynamo on Friday night, a Western Conference clash which will end up being a painful 4am kick-off on Saturday morning for us Brits. It’s going to be a meeting which should come with a guarantee of goals and the odds do suggest that.

The Galaxy and Houston enter the weekend side by side in their conference and they are both in good form having won their last four matches on the spin.

An incredible 11 of the Dynamo’s last 13 matches have seen Over 2.5 goals and Both Teams to Score and that bet has landed in four out of LA Galaxy’s last five at Dignity Health Sports Park.

The Galaxy have also managed to score at least twice in their last seven on home turf, meaning this would provide a great opportunity for Over 2.5 and Both Teams to Score to bank again in this weekend’s meeting – especially when you consider the fact that both teams have scored in every Houston game so far this season.

This should be a thrilling encounter, so if you come home late from a Bank Holiday Friday night out, why not stick it on?

I grew up a Huddersfield Town fan because of my old man, and I still support them to this day (Currently reaping the rewards in the big time). Our typical Saturday consisted of a quick trip to the bookies before spending the afternoon at the football. I’d create a very optimistic 10-fold every weekend and my Dad would kindly throw a couple of quid on – Although they never came in. I fell in love with Major League Soccer a few years ago, it’s an entertaining league and fun to have a punt on. I’m a student sports journalist and I run an award-winning MLS website. My ultimate goal is to move to the United States full-time following my graduation. My main hobbies are the gym, Joe Rogan’s podcast, watching Huddersfield Town, and listening to Oasis
