Serie A: Under-fire Giallorossi can bounce back

OUR man in Rome and resident Serie A expert Marco Di Cosmo (@scioltz) shares his best bets from Sunday's Serie A action.

Inter Milan v Bologna | Sunday 3rd February 2019, 17:00 | Premier Sports

I am taking Inter to win against Bologna on Sunday afternoon in a match featuring fewer than five goals (8/11 Ladbrokes).

The home side are probably in the most difficult period of their season, and the odds seem to suggest this won’t be the easiest job for the Nerazzurri.

I expected something less generous when facing Bologna, who struggled to find the net for the whole season, including a smashing 4-0 loss against Frosinone at home.

That led to a change in management, with Sinisa Mihajlovic taking charge of Rossoblu. He is a natural motivator, but I reckon he will need time to make his mark.

Roma v Milan| Sunday 3rd February 2019, 19:30 | Premier Sports

I am going against the odds backing Roma at very generous price.

The odds have literally drifted after the 7-1 Roma loss in Florence. I am fine with that as Roma, as the Giallorossi show the best when pushed against the wall – Liverpool and Barcelona in Champions League know something about that, and even in domestic action they always recovered from difficult situations.

Their main problem this season remains keeping concentration and handling a goal win margin. That is why I am happy to back the Giallorossi on the Asian Handicap at half time at a kind 7/10 (Bet365).

We will only lose our stake if Roma are losing at the break. A Roma lead sees us make money.

Best Bets

Inter Milan v Bologna – Inter Milan to win and Under 4.5 Goals (8/11 Ladbrokes)

Roma v Milan – Roma +0 Asian Handicap first-half (7/10 Bet365)
