DAILY RECORD star Mr Fixit (@mrfixittps) shares his best bet from Saturday's Scottish action.

Raith v Stenhousemuir | Saturday 5th January 2019, 15:00

There are no Premiership fixtures this weekend so the focus is on the lower leagues.

In League One, second-placed Raith need to bounce back from defeat and are 2/5 at Ladbrokes at home to bottom club Stenny.

They've won both meetings this season by two – and also covered the handicap in four of their last six league games – so back Rovers -1 at 6/5 with bet365.

East Fife v Airdrie | Saturday 5th January 2019, 15:00

East Fife can are just three points behind second-placed Raith after beating them last weekend.

That made it three wins on the spin and they can extend that sequence to four against Airdrie.

The Diamonds have won back-to-back games against bottom-half sides but have lost their last three trips to New Bayview.

Back the hosts at 32/25 with Marathon.

Peterhead v Clyde | Saturday 5th January 2019, 15:00

Game of the day in League Two is second-placed Peterhead against third-placed Clyde with both teams in good form.

Five of Peterhead's last six have gone over 2.5 goals and they've scored in 14 of their last 15 at home.

Clyde have only draw a blank once in 14 games so take both teams to score at 8/11 with William Hill.

Best Bets

Raith v Stenhousemuir – Raith -1 handicap (6/5 Bet365)

East Fife v Airdrie – East Fife to win (32/25 Marathon)

Peterhead v Clyde – Both Teams To Score (8/11 William Hill)
