Both of these two teams won their home fixture against their opponent ahead of their semi-final showdown. Coventry defeated Notts County on the first day of the season courtesy of a Jodi Jones hat-trick. County got their revenge on the Sky Blues by winning the return encounter 2-1 in August.

Coventry are in good form going into this game, winning three out of their last five, including a 6-1 win away at Cheltenham. They will be hoping to be promoted at the first time of asking following their relegation to League Two last season.
