Serie A – Goals on the agenda for the Blucerchiati

OUR man in Italy, Marco Di Cosmo (@scioltz) looks to continue his hot streak in Serie A with his best picks for Saturday's matches.

Sampdoria v Torino | Saturday 3rd February 2018, 17:00 | BT Sport

I usually back goals when Sampdoria are involved, especially when the Blucerchiati are playing at home. They boast a scoring average of 2.36 goals per game at Stadio Luigi Ferraris, bettered only by Lazio in Serie A. However, the defensive issues are a concern for the hosts as they've only managed to keep three clean sheets.

Torino are improving under new management, and their offensive qualities are always a threat. Andrea Belotti is trying to find his best form and I am confident they'll be able to score against Sampdoria.

Inter Milan v Crotone | Saturday 3rd February 2018, 19:45 | BT Sport

It's a completely different story in the later kick-off when Inter meet Crotone. The Neroazzurri are without their star-striker Mauro Icardi heading into this fixture and this will make a big difference.

With Icardi missing, life it going to be tough going forward for Inter and whilst I see them ending their winless streak – after 7 games without a victory –  I do predict difficulty in doing so. Scoring could be a real issue for the hosts in this one if they don't register early, therefore I'm going to be opposing the goals in this one.

Best Bets

Sampdoria v Torino – Both Teams To Score and Over 2.5 Goals (23/25 Marathon)

Inter Milan v Crotone – Under 2.5 Goals (10/9 188Bet)
